Danielle Diaz Becomes New Account Lead
Danielle Diaz brings over two decades of experience in the insurance and financial industry to her role as New Account Lead. With a background in education and licenses in multiple states, she has worn many hats over the years and is known for building genuine client relationships. Danielle manages onboarding and account setup with precision and care. Outside of work, she lives in South Florida and enjoys fishing, traveling, and spending time at the beach with her family and two rescue dogs.
As Lifetime Planning continued to grow and evolve, it became clear that a new Broker/Dealer was needed to support the next phase of service and innovation. After a year-long due diligence process, the firm transitioned from Ameritas to J.W. Cole Financial, Inc. This strategic move enhanced our technology, operational efficiency, and investment flexibility allowing us to better meet the needs of our clients. Kasy Pechler Becomes Full-Time Financial Advisor
Kasy Pechler transitions to a full-time Financial Advisor role after graduating from the University of Rochester with a degree in Economics and Behavioral Finance. He was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society and built a strong foundation through years of part-time work at Lifetime Planning. Kasy brings a next-generation perspective to advising, blending academic rigor with practical experience to help clients make intentional, values-driven financial decisions.
He enjoys mountain biking, hiking, hunting, and fishing, and is currently restoring the 200 year-old family farm he purchased
After mentoring clients and team members for decades, Arnie Pechler Sr. retires and relocates to South Carolina. Retirement, however, didn't quite stick! After a brief period of relaxation, he launched a new practice with his grandson, Sage. His passion for helping clients build meaningful plans remains as strong as ever. An avid outdoorsman, he finally has a dock & fishing boat in his backyard.

Kasy Pechler Joins Part-Time
While still in high school, Kasy Pechler begins working part-time at Lifetime Planning. Over several years, he gains hands-on experience in financial planning, client service, and operations—laying the foundation for his future role as an advisor. Not long after his 18th birthday, he earns his first financial license, as soon as it was legally possible. While a full time student at the University of Rochester, he works with clients part-time, continuing to build his skills and deepen his understanding of the profession.
Ginger Warren joins Lifetime Planning as administrative support and quickly establishes herself as an essential part of the team. With over 25 years of experience in client service and operations—including roles in insurance and medical practice management—she brings calm, order, structure and reliability to every aspect of the firm. Ginger now serves as Office Manager and Client Service Director, where she oversees daily operations and ensures every client receives prompt, thoughtful and exceptional support. Ginger enjoys spending time with her husband, their three sons, and two (and counting!) grandchildren —as they embrace life as a growing family. She especially loves relaxing at their cottage in the Thousand Islands, where they make lasting memories together.

Arnie Pechler Jr. formally purchases UPA from Arnie Sr. & renames the new combined business Lifetime Planning, Inc. , marking a generational handoff that honored the firm's founding values while opening the door to growth and modernization. Having spent the prior decade learning every aspect of the business from paraplanning to client relationships, Arnie Jr. was well-prepared to lead. Under his direction, the firm has expanded its services, modernized its tools, and welcomed new advisors, all while keeping long-term client relationships at the center.
Nicole Jones transitions into an advisory role after discovering a passion for helping clients protect what matters most. As a single mother, she understands firsthand the importance of life and income protection. Her personal experience fuels her commitment to helping others gain peace of mind. Nicole works closely with clients to build customized plans using insurance, income strategies, and retirement solutions. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time on the water—whether boating or paddleboarding—as well as hiking and making memories with her family.

After 10 years working in science and engineering, Arnie Pechler Jr. joins UPA to support his father as a paraplanner. He quickly develops a deep interest in helping clients align their money with their values. Applying his analytical background, Arnie brings a problem-solving approach to even the most complex planning needs. He is also an avid outdoorsman who has climbed all 46 Adirondack High Peaks with his children and competed in the Adirondack Canoe Classic, 90-Mile canoe race more than 20 times.
